In its spacious outdoor area, there is a garden surrounding the house, a swimming-pool, a barbecue and two large terraces with dining and sitting areas. The house has a large interior parking lot with capacity for 3 cars and the possibility of parking two additional cars in the exterior area. It also has a security alarm system. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house is ideal for cycling lovers, as it has a garage with enough space to store bicycles. Nearby you will find many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes. The port of Alcudia is only 3.6 km away and offers numerous services of bars and restaurants next to its pedestrian promenade.

House rules: Due to local regulations, it is strictly forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians, so no noise is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. For this reason, the property is intended for quiet families and groups. Noisy parties and meetings are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the departure of guests from the property without refund. Pets are not allowed.
